Robust Primary SCRAPER

Application:

Our Quick Change Primary scraper eliminates any water and fine material accumulating on the return belt. A full belt width Heavy Duty Polyure­thane Wiper Blade ensures a clean and dry belt for longer return, idler life and overhead spillage. UCP 212 mounting bearings ensures smooth working operation and installation alignment. The quick change lock consists of a tension lock nut and a release lock nut for blade changes. Our quick change Primary Scraper also have a self-adjusting unit, this eliminates daily adjustment. The Cam adjustment has a lock bolt for safe installation & blade change maintenance operations. Our conveyor belt cleaning products reduce excessive maintenance cost and eliminate unwanted spillage that in turn reduces the risk of hazardous working areas for mine personnel. Our quick change range reduces maintenance time and eliminates any safety risk for maintenance personnel. Our self-adjusting units eliminate daily adjustments and continuously adjust to their designed specification.
